Freshly baked bread, among other products are delivered every morning to the Bangalore International Airport. Crumbles is also associated with high end caterers like Heera Caterers and The Fine Table. The Crumbles dessert counter is the highlight at most weddings in Palace Grounds venues. Head Chef

Chef T Shankar graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Mumbai, in the year 2005. His career took off on a high note with his first job at the five star hotel Ramada Plaza Palm Grove, Mumbai. He had the opportunity of working under India’s finest pâtissier Chef Nitin Upadhyay at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. He has worked as the Head of the Department of Confectionery, for 3 years, on over 15 exquisite Luxury Cruise Ships. Chef Shankar conceived the idea of setting up a bakery way back in 2009. His constant desire to bring to the market chemical free, healthy, and gourmet products has brought to us today, Crumbles, steered to becoming Bangalore’s very best. The Chef’s Opera Cake is undisputable in its quality. Be sure to try one, only to be back for more.

Shiv SHankar

Baker

Chef Shankar Shivamurthy has been with Crumbles since its inception. He is a certified chef and an artisan baker who has had work experience in the prestigious hotels Renaissance and Novotel (Hyderabad). He was associated with the leading bake shop Hot Breads. He has worked on the Princess Cruise and P & O Cruise Line for 5 years. His artisan breads, breakfast rolls, croissants, and muffins are, without a doubt, the best in the city.Chef Shankar Shivamurthy has been with Crumbles since its inception.
